This service is provided by NuLife Care Ltd trading as ‘NuLife Pharmacy’. By using this service, you confirm that you understand and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to your access to www.thenulife.com. Please read them carefully before accessing and/or ordering any medicine, services, or products from our Website.

1. Our Compliance with Regulators

NuLife Pharmacy is fully regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council. NuLife Pharmacy offers information, advice and treatment for a range of medical conditions. This service is provided by qualified UK Pharmacists who are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and can be trusted to deliver a high level of service.

3. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is imperative to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we use and protect your data.

  • NuLife Pharmacy uses security technology including firewalls to protect information submitted through this website.
  • We do not have access to your financial information, which is securely transferred directly to our card processing agents.
  • We only keep your information for as long as is necessary to process your order, handle any refunds, and respond to complaints.
  • NuLife Pharmacy complies with Data Protection legislation.
  • NuLife Pharmacy reserves the right to contact your GP (or other healthcare professional) in cases of emergency or safeguarding concern.

4. Our Services

Purchase of Medication

The information and advice provided by NuLife Pharmacy when you use the service is based on the information you have supplied to us. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate. We also use this information to ensure we ship the medication to the right address — it is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

We have the right to reject any request for medication that we deem inappropriate or not in the best interest of any patient.

Additional Services

This website contains products and services owned and managed by third parties. You should ensure you read all terms and conditions associated with those products and services.

NuLife Zumba

NuLife Zumba Ltd operates as a separate legal entity to NuLife Pharmacy. Participation in NuLife Zumba is not managed or overseen by NuLife Pharmacy. The patient acknowledges that their data may be shared for contact and marketing purposes if they participate. If you do not agree, contact support@thenulife.com immediately before clicking any NuLife Zumba links. NuLife Pharmacy is not responsible or liable for your participation in Zumba classes.

Nutritional Support

Pharmacy patients receive complimentary access to nutritional videos during their weight loss journey. These videos are generic advice only and do not treat any conditions. Direct consultations with the Dietitian fall outside the scope of Pharmacy operations and require a direct agreement — contact support@thenulife.com if you wish to engage directly.

Functional Medicine Lab Testing

If you purchase functional medicine testing, NuLife Pharmacy will provide and ship the testing kit. Laboratory testing is undertaken by a third-party authorised laboratory. Results are interpreted by an independent Integrative Healthcare Practitioner (Kaloneu Wellness — a separate legal entity). You consent to your details being shared with these parties for testing and consultation purposes. NuLife Pharmacy is not responsible for interactions with Kaloneu Wellness.

5. Pricing

All prices on this website for medications are in GBP and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Products and services that do not include VAT will show the VAT amount at checkout. We take care to ensure all pricing information is accurate. If an error occurs and the price charged is too high, we will identify all those who have overpaid and refund the difference.

6. Order Process

When you place an order for medicines or engage in a service that includes prescribing, we must assess your clinical suitability before medicines can be approved for supply. Dispatch may be delayed while completing all ID and clinical checks.

According to MHRA requirements, we are unable to reuse or resell any dispensed medication. We therefore cannot accommodate patient-requested changes, cancellations, or returns once your order has been placed, unless required by our clinical team.

7. Our Contract

When we receive an order from you, we will confirm receipt by sending a confirmation email. Professional codes of conduct and legal restrictions may limit the quantity we can supply. We reserve the right to reject any order.

8. Payment and Third-Party Processors

In providing payment card details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the card and authorise us, or our payment service provider, to take payment in full for the items in your order and any associated postage, packaging, and other charges. Our payments are handled by third-party payment processors.

9. Clinical Decision Making

Our pharmacy team can only make a decision as to whether it is in the best interests of the patient to receive a medicine when the pharmacist has all relevant information. On occasion, this may require the pharmacist to ask the patient for additional information beyond that provided in the online consultation form.

10. Postage Costs

We operate an online pharmacy and postage and packaging are charged on all orders of medicines sent in the post. If you would like to collect your medication from our premises, please contact us at support@thenulife.com or choose this option if available during order placement.

11. Delivery

Our pharmacy will dispense all medicines in accordance with your chosen delivery date. All orders will be reviewed by our pharmacy team at least 48 hours before the delivery date. Our clinical team may ask follow-up questions, which may delay approval and dispatch.

Orders cannot be amended within 48 hours of the delivery date.

All medication deliveries must be signed for. For prescription medications such as Mounjaro or Wegovy, it is the patient's responsibility to comply with storage and usage instructions.

12. Returns Policy

Medication and Weight Loss Pens

According to MHRA requirements, we are unable to reuse or resell any dispensed medication — including sealed medication that has left our premises. We cannot issue a refund on any returned medication. If we require you to return your weight loss pen for investigation, please do not dispose of it.

Products and Services

You have 14 days from your order confirmation to return any purchased product or service that is not a medication/weight loss pen. A return is only valid if the product seal has not been broken, packaging is in original form, and returned promptly. Notify us within the 14-day period by email to support@thenulife.com.

13. Refunds Policy

Medication and Weight Loss Pens

If our clinical team rejects your order, your refund will be processed automatically within 5–10 business days (up to 14 days in some cases).

A standard £10 cancellation fee applies to any orders cancelled by you after being placed.

Products and Services

Returns are processed within 5–10 business days (up to 14 days). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued to the original payment card.

14. Complaints Procedure

NuLife Pharmacy aims to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with anything, please contact us within 7 days of the situation arising. Direct complaints to support@thenulife.com with the subject line ‘Complaint — [your order number]’.

We will endeavour to respond within 72 hours.

15. Signed-For Deliveries

It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for medicines delivered to your chosen address. The person signing does not need to be the named patient. We have no liability for items not received after dispatch.

16. Notification of Errors

Errors are extremely rare — we operate stringent dispensing checks. Check your delivery promptly on receipt. If items have been sent in error, do not break the seal and contact us immediately. Report any issues no later than 2 days after receiving your order at support@thenulife.com.

17. Information on this Website

We take care to ensure all information on our website is accurate. However, some things may develop or change, leading to information being occasionally out of date. General medical information on the website is not a substitute for personalised medical advice.

18. Third Party Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to grant a benefit on any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce them.

19. Use of Data

NuLife Pharmacy will handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR regulations and in line with our Privacy Policy.

20. Our Right to Vary T&Cs

We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions that are in force at the time you place your order.
