This service is provided by NuLife Care Ltd trading as 'NuLife Pharmacy'. By using this service, you are confirming that you understand and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions apply to your access to the NuLife Pharmacy website ("www.thenulife.com"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing and/or ordering any medicine, services or products from our Website. If you access the Website, and/or place any order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, please do not use our Website.
NuLife Pharmacy is a fully regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council. NuLife Pharmacy offers information, advice and treatment for a range of medical conditions. This service is provided by qualified UK Pharmacists who are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and can be trusted to deliver a high level of service.
Your privacy is imperative to us and the following information explains what measures we take to protect it. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information on how we use and protect your data.
The information and advice provided by NuLife Pharmacy when you use the service is based on the information you have supplied to us. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate and you accept that failure to do so (whether intentionally or not) will affect the information and advice we give to you and the medicines we supply to you and, as such, may have consequences for which we are not responsible.
We also use this information to ensure we ship the medication to the right address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided.
We have the right to reject any request for medication that we deem inappropriate or not in the best interest of any patient.
This website contains products and services that are owned and managed by third parties and you should ensure you read all terms and conditions associated with these products and services.
NuLife Zumba Ltd operates as separate legal entity to NuLife Pharmacy. Patients acknowledge that participation in NuLife Zumba is not managed or overseen by NuLife Pharmacy our prescribers and the patient will undertake the classes independently away from its treatment with NuLife Pharmacy. The patient will be responsible to ensure valid waiver forms are understood and signed and returned to NuLife Zumba prior to any classes being taken. The patient acknowledges that if you choose to participate in NuLife Zumba then your data may be shared for contact and marketing purposes. If you do not agree with contact details being shared, please contact support@thenulife.com immediately before clicking on any NuLife Zumba links.
NuLife Pharmacy is not responsible or liable in any way for your participation in Zumba classes and you acknowledge that these services fall outside the scope of your medicated treatment with NuLife Pharmacy.
Pharmacy patients will get complimentary access to nutritional videos and support during their weight loss journey. Please note these videos are generic advice only and do not treat any conditions. Any direct advice, communication, consultations or interactions with the Dietitian falls outside the scope of our Pharmacy operations and complimentary nutritional support. This would require a direct agreement between you and the Dietitian so please contact support@thenulife.com if you wish to engage directly with the Dietitian.
NuLife Pharmacy is not responsible or liable in any way for your direct consultation or interactions with the Dietitian and you acknowledge that these services fall outside the scope of your medicated treatment with NuLife Pharmacy.
If you purchase functional medicine testing NuLife Pharmacy will provide and ship the testing kit to you. You acknowledge that the laboratory testing is undertaken by a third party authorised laboratory and you consent to your details being shared with them for the purposes of the testing. You also acknowledge that the interpretation of your test results is done by an independent Integrative Healthcare Practitioner. Kaloneu Wellness are a separate legal entity. You consent to your details being shared and provided to Kaloneu for the purposes of your consultation and review of your results.
NuLife Pharmacy is not responsible or liable in any way for your direct consultation or interactions with the Kaloneu Wellness for the purposes of functional medicine testing. You acknowledge that these services fall outside the scope of your medicated treatment with NuLife Pharmacy.
All prices on this website for medications are in GBP and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Our products and services that do not include VAT will show the VAT amount at checkout. We take care to ensure that all pricing information on our website is accurate but occasionally there may be an error. In the event that an error has occurred and the price charged is too high, we will identify all those that have overpaid and refund the difference.
When you place an order for medicines or engage in a service that includes the prescribing of medicines, we must assess your clinical suitability before the medicines can be approved for supply.
You acknowledge that the dispatch of your order may be delayed whilst completing all ID and clinical checks, and that you will be available to receive and sign for the delivery following dispatch, even if the dispatch is delayed for any reason.
According to the requirements of the UK medicines regulator (MHRA), we are unable to reuse or resell any dispensed medication. We therefore cannot accommodate patient requested changes, cancellations or returns once your order has been placed, unless required by our clinical team to ensure safe and suitable supply.
When we receive an order from you to purchase goods or services from us, we will confirm that we have received the order by sending a confirmation email. Professional codes of conduct and legal restrictions may limit the number and frequency of any item we are permitted to supply to you and, as such, we have no obligation to supply quantities exceeding the relevant permitted maximum and will charge only for those we do supply. We reserve the right to reject any order.
In providing payment card details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the card and authorise us, or our payment service provider, to take payment in full for the items in your order and any associated postage and packaging fees and any other charges that become due to us under these terms and conditions. Our payments are handled by third party payment processors.
Our pharmacy team can only make a decision as to whether it is in the best interests of the patient to receive a medicine when the pharmacist has all relevant information. On occasion, this may require the pharmacist to ask the patient for additional information further to the information that was provided in response to an online consultation form.
We operate an online pharmacy and therefore postage and packaging are charged on all orders of medicines that are sent in the post. If you would like to collect your medication from our premises, please contact us at support@thenulife.com or choose this option if available during the order placement on our website.
Our pharmacy will dispense all medicines. Medicines will be dispatched in accordance with your chosen delivery date. All orders will be reviewed by our pharmacy team at least 48 hours before the delivery date. Our clinical team may have additional follow up questions and may wish to speak in person to discuss a medication or condition with you. This may delay approval and dispatch of your order.
Please note: Orders cannot be amended within 48 hours of the delivery date.
All medication deliveries must be signed for, and it is the patient's responsibility to ensure they are available to receive the medication delivery in person. For prescription medication such as Mounjaro or Wegovy, it is the responsibility of the patient to ensure they read and comply with storage and usage instructions.

This policy also applies to sealed medication that has left our premises. Our pharmacy is not able to use returned medication, which means that we cannot issue a refund on any returned medication.
We may require you to send your weight loss pen back to us, as we need to be able to liaise with the manufacturer. If you dispose of your pen, we will be unable to replace this as we need to have this pen returned to us in order to complete our investigation.
You have 14 days from your order confirmation to return any purchased product or service from us that is not a medication/weight loss pen. A return will only be valid if the product seal has not been broken, packaging is in its original form and not damaged and returned promptly. You must notify us of your return within the 14-day period by email to support@thenulife.com.
We will review all return items and inspect the condition and ensure the item is in its original form and has not been opened or used.
When you place an order for medication, if our clinical team reject your order, your refund will automatically be processed within 5-10 business days, but in some cases can take up to 14 days.
We charge a standard £10 fee for any orders which are cancelled by you once you have placed your order.

Once the checks are complete, and if you are eligible for a refund we will process. It usually takes 5-10 business days, but in some cases can take up to 14 days to appear in your bank account.
Shipping costs will not be refunded on any product or service. We will only refund to credit/debit cards that were used for the original transaction.
NuLife Pharmacy aims to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with anything, please contact us immediately and within 7 days of the situation arising. For complaints, please direct your concerns to support@thenulife.com with the subject title 'Complaint with your order number'.
Where you have emailed using the correct subject title, we will endeavour to respond to you within 72 hours.
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for any medicines that are delivered at your chosen delivery address or to collect the medicine from our nominated courier yourself. The person signing for medicines does not need to be the named patient. You acknowledge and accept that we have no control over the courier service, and we have no liability in respect of items that are not received by you after we have dispatched them.
Errors are extremely rare; we operate extremely stringent processes to ensure every medication dispensed is checked by a trained checker. You should check the content of each delivery promptly upon receipt. If you believe that items have been sent to you in error, please do not break the seal on the medication and contact us immediately or if you require support after receiving your medication, please contact us no later than 2 days after receiving your order at support@thenulife.com.
We take care to ensure that all information available on our website about our business, services and any products mentioned is accurate. However, some things may develop or change leading to the information being out of date occasionally. General medical information provided on the website is not a substitute for specific and personalised medical advice and should not be read or used as such.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to, nor shall it grant a benefit on any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 and a person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has no rights to enforce them.
NuLife Pharmacy will handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR regulations and in line with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions that are in force at the time that you place your order.
